Welcome to the Sexy Pickles website (the "Site"), operated by Summerhills Gourmet Foods Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site.

2. Website Usage

The primary purpose of our Site is to advertise the pickling products we sell. By accessing our Site, you agree to use it only for its intended purposes and in a lawful manner.

3. Products and Services

We sell a variety of pickled foods. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Payment and Pricing

Currently, we do not accept payments through our Site. Any future updates regarding payment methods will be included in these Terms.

5. Order and Delivery

At this time, we do not handle orders or deliveries through our Site. Any changes to our order and delivery process will be updated in these Terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 Eligibility for Returns:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: To start a return, contact us at lyndsay@sexypickles.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct this. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Please return the product in the first instance. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. User Accounts

Users do not need to create an account to use our Site. Should we implement a user account system in the future, relevant terms will be updated accordingly.

"Sexy Pickles" is a trademarked name. All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Summerhills Gourmet Foods Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerhills Gourmet Foods Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Site or any products advertised on our Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
