The Ultimate Pickleboard: Summer Entertaining for Pickle Lovers

We're PICKLEMAXXING this summer, babes.

Sun's out, jars out. Whether you're hosting a garden party, a BBQ, or just a very fancy Tuesday evening on the patio, the Pickleboard is your new best friend. It's a cheeseboard, but with a twist. 

We've put together three show-stopping ideas using our favourite Sexy Pickles to help you entertain like an absolute legend this summer. Your guests won't know what hit them. (Spoiler: it's flavour.)


🧀 Recipe 1: The Classic Pickleboard

The one that started it all. 

You'll need:

  • 1 jar of Gorgeous Garlic — the star of any cheeseboard, full stop
  • 1 jar of Dirrty Dills — for that classic crunch that keeps everyone coming back
  • A generous wedge of aged cheddar and a creamy brie
  • Crusty sourdough, seeded crackers, and breadsticks
  • A handful of grapes, some honey, and a sprinkle of walnuts

How to build it:

  1. Start with your cheeses.
  2. Nestle your Gorgeous Garlic cloves around the brie. They're soft, mellow, and absolutely divine on a cracker with a sliver of cheese.
  3. Tuck your Dirrty Dills in a little cluster — they add crunch, colour, and a proper pickle punch.
  4. Fill the gaps with crackers, bread, grapes, and a little pot of honey.
  5. Take a photo. Eat immediately.

🌮 Recipe 2: The BBQ Pickleboard

For when the grill is fired up, and the vibes are immaculate.

This one's built for summer BBQs. 

You'll need:

  • 1 jar of Punchy Pineapple — the ultimate BBQ companion
  • 1 jar of Dirrty Dills — because every burger deserves a proper gherkin
  • Sliced pulled pork, grilled halloumi, or your BBQ protein of choice
  • Mini brioche buns, flatbreads, or tortilla chips
  • A smoky chipotle mayo or sriracha dip
  • Fresh coriander and lime wedges to finish

How to build it:

  1. Lay your meats or halloumi across the centre of the board.
  2. Spoon your Punchy Pineapple into a small bowl or pile it straight onto the board. It's sweet, tangy, and absolutely filthy on pulled pork. Go on.
  3. Add your Dirrty Dills alongside the buns, let people build their own little sliders.
  4. Dot your dips around the board, squeeze over some lime, and scatter fresh coriander.

🍹 Recipe 3: The Cocktail Pickleboard

Because grown-ups deserve a board too.

You'll need:

  • A selection of cured meats — prosciutto, salami, bresaola
